The challenge
The agency's researchers built prospect lists for each client campaign by hand: searching maps and directories, copying details into spreadsheets and checking emails one by one. It took days, and the data was inconsistent.
What we built
We delivered a desktop extraction tool plus a cloud verification step. Researchers enter a niche and a set of towns; the tool collects public business listings, removes duplicates, finds and verifies contact emails and exports a CRM-ready file.
